[Sinful Sunday] Bound By Myself

It’s very rare I share rope images these days, despite it being the kink that helped me find my way into the kink community. These weren’t the images I was hoping to share this weekend, but a beast of cold has got the better of be and I couldn’t take the photos I was hoping to. I will save them for another day though.

I’ll admit I always feel uneasy about sharing rope pictures these days, I enjoy rope, but it isn’t where I feel at home anymore. I know enough to use it safely though, which is the most important thing to me and as a bonus enough to achieve some tidy and sometimes pretty ties.

It is the kink I have been involved in the longest, but the one I discuss least of all, I suspect that is a blog post for another day though.

For now the ropes were back on, all be it briefly and self-administered.

    1. Thank you Cara 🙂 It is a lot of fun, and I rope Top far more often than I bottom these days. I think my reluctance is two fold, in part I’m not as passionate about bottoming for rope as I used to be, which I do find a bit confusing and also some of it is based on my feels surrounding the rope community. But I suspect it is something worth exploring in another post, because I do have lots of feels on it x

  5. Oh Floss your rope work looks lovely. Self bondage is something we have always found interesting, but i have never tried it! This is a super unique picture and post!

    1. Thank you 🙂 Self bondage isn’t something I’ve tried a lot, but have dabbled with on occasion, i am considering doing more though, so who knows what other pictures might appear 🙂

    1. Thank you Marie 🙂 I think it definitely will need to be a blog post, because I don’t really know the answer to that question myself. I think I just kind of feel out of love with rope really, and have never gotten to the bottom of why. It might be nice to figure it out though x

    1. Thank you 🙂 I fear it looks like I’m far more impressive than I am, lol. I’ve seen people photograph their own self suspensions *shocked face* so I think I’ve got a long way to go yet :p

  11. I have never been big into rope. I think it looks pretty but the odd time I have tried it I found it a dull process but I can see why it appeals and one thing I have learned through kink is, never say never, so maybe it is just something I have not clicked with…. yet

  14. I look forward to reading that rope post. I suspect some of the people you have encountered in the rope world have left some distaste in your mouth. And that is causing you to avoid ropes. Regardless, this is a great picture and I’m impressed that you did it to yourself.
